    Strengths: Awesome video quality.

    Weaknesses:could not get sound to work on my Toshiba Satellite running Vista

    Overall Evaluation: I installed the PlusTV USB 340U on my Toshiba Satellite running Vista. The device captures TV signals off the air with excellent video resolution. But I could not get the sound to work. I get some crackling sound occasionally, but for the most part no sound at all. The company's US website does not even list the 340U as one of its products, and I was unsuccessful in getting any support from them despite leaving a message on their website and also emailing their support email address. Not pleased!
