  Strengths: 16GB Capacity = convenience.

  Weaknesses:Not all Memory Stick Pro Duo products work 16GB capacity, not even with Sony-branded memory.

  Overall Evaluation: A Sony camcorder that did not specifically state 16GB support worked with this product.A Sony professional stereo audio recorder that did not specifically state 16GB support did not work with this product.Bottom line; check your manual and test before you invest.

  Overall Evaluation: I bought this Sony MSMT16G 16GB Memory Stick PRO Duo (Mark2) Media Card from one of Amazon "Featured Merchant". It came with a very original look like packaging, even a hologram on top. As soon as I insert it in to my video camera it did not recognized. I tried another same type camera and also a media card reader with no luck at all. Then I found various information onthe net saying there are fake ones which won't work with cameras and else. So be careful don't buy a fake one, like me.

  Overall Evaluation: I got this for a new Sony SR12 camcorder. I had compatibility issues with some smaller Sony cards - they gave an error message when inserted because they weren't AVCHD compatible (earlier card versions I suspect). But this card works like a charm and can, if needed, record a few hours of HD video. It is also relatively fast.It is relatively expensive, but one of the few around in this format and capacity. It is a card worth getting if you need the space.

  Overall Evaluation: This card was ordered to be used with my Sony PSP. It can fit more movies that I converted from my TiVo and therefore is very usefull. I recommend it to everyone who needs bigger storage for either game backup, music or videos
