Strengths: Lots of room. Not too heavy.

Weaknesses:Not enough padding. Not enough water proof protection.

Overall Evaluation: There were lots of rooms. However, The bottom drawer was some what hard to open. There was nearly no padding in the bottom of this bag. Only sides and bottom corner of the bag is padded. There is no water proof coating on top and bottom of the bag. Only side walls have such coating. It would not protect contents in the bag on a rainy day.I have Saddlebag Ultra from Kensington and it had better water protection.Entire bottom is made with vynil fabric which keeps water of the the bag in case it was dropped on a wet place and it also had some padding in the bottom. (although it was not that impresive.) Compare to that, Saddlebag Pro has no protection in the bottom at all.

Strengths: Very Good Quality, Sturdy construction

    Weaknesses:Bag alone is quite heavy.

Overall Evaluation: Just purchased this product from Buy.com and am very pleased I did. When i opened up the packed i found this bag is very well constructed. I've had it for just over 5 days but would guess that it will hold up very well over time. The sleeve for the Notebook stretches to fit and has a no scratch liner if you don't have a sleeve. What I've found most convenient is the backpack straps that fold into the back. These are great when your shoulders get tired and want to share the burden. Would love to get another for a present for my cousin. Great buy and highly recommend.

Strengths: Different carrying optionStrong and easy to use compartment for storing adapters and stuff

    Weaknesses:Non-adjustable front clip on

Overall Evaluation: I have been using this for three months now and i should say it is very handy. I can carry my laptop and all other work stuff in this and it is pretty comfortable to carry around with its different options. The only complaint i have is that the front clip on is non-adjustable. So when you carry it like a briefcase (the handle is on the top flap) the weight is not balanced and is a little uncomfortable. Apart from that will recommend to anyone...particularly at this price.

    Strengths: Versatile, well-built.

Weaknesses:Padding on straps can be improved.

Overall Evaluation: This is a truly versatile laptop carrying case, with lots of room for accessories and books. The "junk-it" drawer works great for little things here and there, perfect for the mouse and power adapter. I like the way it converts to a backpack, but would appreciate more padding on the straps, the straps are a bit stiff in my opinion.

    Strengths: roominess, rugged

    Weaknesses:none major

Overall Evaluation: I was pleasently suprised at the construction of this product. All features were as advertised -- although the "Junk-it Drawer" is somewhat flimsy and often jams while opening. The many compartments provide convenient separation of items. The integrated "drop shield" protection has already proven its worth when a I carelessly knocked the case of a high shelf with no damage to the case or the contents.
