  Duration of ownership: 8 Days

  Strengths: Ink less expensive

  Weaknesses:more than three sheets will jam the printer. Very difficult to get the paper clear

  Overall Evaluation: I had to call because I could not get any green or yellow colors even when I bought new ink. I tried cleaning the print head as suggested. I have to fax the receipt and they will send me a new print head. Hope that works. Got the printer 6/6/10

  Weaknesses:Bulky, black ID, and unreliable printing

  Overall Evaluation: The printing mechanism is very unstable and always produce problematic print images. You can hardly ever receive prints where you'd walk away without wondering why the printer is so terrible. I have owned Canon before and it was much better. The "my ink is cheaper" campaign is a total fraud!
