    Duration of ownership: 1 Months

    Strengths: very compatible, ran even old OS 8 and OS 9 software like Appleworks with a simple 1.5mb download of Rosetta Stone. With Boot 132 loader a retail OS X can install on a PC and you just cant beat the price considering even an upgrade CD has the full version of Snow.

    Weaknesses:With snow leopard you can run free VirtualPC and run windows if you wanted to, but who would want to?

    Overall Evaluation: Buying a used Macbook for $400 gave me a fantastic machine and saved me 10GB compared to Leopard. Its fast and efficient and the boot and sleep times are amazing. Love the speed and ease of ejecting 1T USB drives. I think with Boot 132 even more drivers will be developed for PC users looking for a better operating system then windows 7.

    Weaknesses:Programs no longer work and some are sluggish

    Overall Evaluation: I have already gone back to Leopard after trying Snow Leopard for a few days. I see no value in using it and since some of my programs became sluggish or quit working altogether, I decided I liked the old program better.
