    Duration of ownership: 5 Weeks

    Strengths: Ease of use. Allows "what-if" type testing.

    Weaknesses:Cannot handle some minor things that prevent electronic filing. This situation is so common the program should have handled this scenerio.

    Overall Evaluation: I ran into a problem with a multi-state return. We received two W-2 forms from one employer and when we entered the information for the second W-2 and used a zero dollar amount in box 1 of the W-2 (as appeared on the actual W-2) the program refused to submit the return electronically. I had to enter $1.00 in box one to get this return to file electronically. This is a very common situation and TurboTax should have handled this case rather than bombing when attempting to submit the return using the electronic submission.
