    Duration of ownership: 20 Months

    Strengths: Excellent viewing desktop screen

    Weaknesses:Hard drive life.

    Overall Evaluation: My evaluation is for a HP Pavilion dv6700 series notebook. I couldn't find this model so I am using this place for a comment on that series. The hard drive failed after 21 months of occasional use. Bad news when the manufacture only covers 12 months,

    Strengths: size of screen, display, ease of use.

    Weaknesses:None for me at this time.

    Overall Evaluation: This is my second HP laptop and I LOVE it! It has Windows 7. "7" is so easy to use. I think Windows 7 is the best operating system they've had. I use this laptop as a desktop, the larger screen is really nice. I used the other laptop as a desktop also, it was okay, but this is much better. I like the key pad on the right side like a regular keyboard. I use a mouse, so I can turn the touch pad off. I REALLY like that feature. I as extremely happy with this HP laptop.
