  Duration of ownership: 4 Days

  Strengths: Lens covered on both sides & has carry case.

  Weaknesses:Not as powerful as I thought

  Overall Evaluation: I was looking for a lens that would let me zoom further and at reasonable price. This was the cheapest I could find so I wanted to give it a chance based on the price. It does increase the power but not as much as I thought it would. As the picture quality does not deteriorate so at this price it is OK.

  Duration of ownership: 7 Days

  Strengths: Threads on easily. Comes with a handy case and covers.

  Weaknesses:Blurry when zoomed in all the way. Not as powerful as I hoped for

  Overall Evaluation: I wanted to get a lens that would let me zoom in farther on my Sony Handycam Hi8. Most lenses like this usually cost $40 or more so I bought this one based on the price. It does increase the power somewhat but not as much as I thought it would. I'm satisfied with it because I plan on upgrading to a better camera anyways.
