  Strengths: Wireless; battery life; big enough size; short-cut buttons; better feel than mouse

  Overall Evaluation: If you are not familiar with the tablet, in the beginning, you will feel awkward. However, after you get a hang of it, it is nothing less than miracle. It make the mouse become obsolete. I use it to edit photo by Photoshop CS3 and Nikon Capture NX. It fully compatible. With photo sensitive pen, size of the brush can be changed according to how much weight you put on the pen. Wireless tablet lets you be free from your table. I set the two short-cut buttons for "save" and "close". That means I do not have to reach my keyboard for "command + s" and "command + w". The battery can last for many hours (at least for 4 hrs-that the time I need a break and the battery only gone half)I highly recommend this tablet to any photo editing software user.

  Overall Evaluation: If you are using software like 3D Max or any other animation software this is the gadget for you. You will soon forget about how things are done with the regular mouse as this device is providing you with pen that is way much more natural way of doing things in such software.

  Overall Evaluation: If you do anything creative (everything from making CD labels to huge billboards), this is an absolute necessity. Give your old mouse to your grandma, and get serious with this product. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but so worth it. You will do things in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. that you never thought possible with the pen - watch the sensitivity if you are doing text stuff, and switch to the mouse at any given moment. This thing isn't only cool, but it looks cool too. I sold my old 4X5 and that Wacom tablet held almost its entire resale value! I quickly learned that I cannot get by without this amazing product, so I upgraded to the 6X8, and this time, I'm not selling it. The precision of the pen is amazing, and if you think you can cheap out by buying a competitor's tablet, you're wrong. Been there, done that, returned it. Seriously , if you want a tablet, the Wacom is the recognized name in the creative industry and you will want to buy this one in particular - this is the best thing that's happened to the artist in me since I bought my computer, and a must have for everyone's home or business office.
