  Overall Evaluation: i am happy with this buy - it was inexpensive and easy to install - output is crisp with proper lighting ... i tested it on daylight to take still images of myself and my dog online with www.picanom.com and it worked out great - now im making a 365 pictures annual album trying to take a picture a day ... anyway you want be sorry if you buy this one.Whatever you decide make sure you go for at least 1MP sensor!

  Overall Evaluation: Excellent picture, took me 2 minutes to set up with CD.does great job of video conferencing with included microphone. easily recognized by yahoo messengersound quality is great - equal to if not better than VOIP and cell phone calls.Lot of added extras like abilty to modify pictures, take still pictures etc.

  Strengths: Sharp video images, easy set up with installation CD, flexible placement on LCD or CRT monitors

  Weaknesses:Not readily recognized by Yahoo Messenger, needs good amount of light

  Overall Evaluation: This is a very good web cam and does its primary job of video transmission over the web well. It is more than adequate for this job. Sound quality is also good. The fun video effects are enjoyable. Set up was a breeze with the provided CD. Adjusting microphone input level and speaker volume is easily controlled with the provided software. It did take some effort (going thru menus) to get it to be recognized by Yahoo Messenger. Overall, it is a good value for the money (after the rebates).

  Strengths: Very solid and sleek design, HD video capture available

  Weaknesses:Not 30 FPS as advertised, at least it is not clear where to find this option, neither in the Logitech website, nor in the product manual.

  Overall Evaluation: I purchased this with a rebate. In my opinion even without the rebate it may be still worth the money to some extent. I think you need a fair amount of light in the environment to get high quality live(capture)streaming video. It does not do that well in low light rooms. I could not get 30 FPS , either they did not include it in the manual, or how to sections, or it is not even there. One feature they do not advertise is, the camera has a face detection option that follows you, I think it is pretty neat. As a summary; if you can get it for less than $30, or do not want to spend $100 on a webcam, this is what you are looking for.

  Overall Evaluation: I just got this webcam and I simply love it. It is very easy to install, has a very good picture quality, and the price is very right. Circuit city is actually running a special this week. The settings are very easy to configure. I was very happily surprised to find out that this webcam has the follow me feature (I didn't see it in the specification list when I was reviewing it). The webcam doesn't move per se, but the lens will follow you (through face recognition), and will zoom and focus. I find this feature excellent, specifically with kids. The zoom is not very powerful, but perfect for video conferencing. Besides taking pictures with it (a general feature found in most if not all webcams), you can also make videos. It also has integrated speaker with the rightsound technology. I would and will definitely recommend this webcam to anyone.
