Duration of ownership: 1 Days

Strengths: inexpensive and compatible with Microsoft Outlook, received within 2 business days even though it said that it would take 7-9 business days.

Weaknesses:N/A

Overall Evaluation: This item is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money on a PDA. I would shop here again. Great customer service and delivery of product.

Overall Evaluation: Very nice product. I can keep track of my appointments with the calendar reminder. Also, the calendar itself is a very nice option. The phone book is very easy to use. Storing names and addresses is very fast
