Once more, Wi-Fi certification helps ensure interoperability with Wi-FI-certified 11a, 11b, and 11g products from other vendors.The 3Com 11a/b/g Wireless PC Card delivers one of the most robust suites of standards-based, next-generation security features on the market today. Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA), 802.1x authentication, and EAP authentication protocols all protect against unwanted network access. MD5 algorithm, AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) and WEP (Wireless Equivalent Privacy) shared-key encryption combine to protect the privacy of all wireless data.

Overall Evaluation: This is a fabulous WiFi card! The signal strength is excellent and the retractable helps to ensure that you will not accidentally span it off.

Strengths: Easy install, good software great design, X Jack!

Weaknesses:None so far.

Overall Evaluation: This wireless card is the best. I originally bought the Lynksys ABG car. Total waste of money. The 3Com card, installed easly, worked perfectly and has given me no issues. The software could be more like Sysco, but then this card would cost twice as much. If you are looking for a single wireless card solution, no matter the router, this is it!
