  Duration of ownership: 2 Weeks

  Strengths: Easy to use, create professional look digrams and flow charts, integration with the office 2003 suite.

  Weaknesses:The cost of new software

  Overall Evaluation: I have used prior versions of Visio, and have found that it works great everytime. I would have to say that the standard version is more than enough for the casual or average user. The pro version would be nice, but the increased cost is not justified. Its a great business type app to have in the office environment.

  Strengths: Works great with creating our Org Charts, very userfriendly, and easy to use.

  Weaknesses:I wish the Professional version didn't cost so much more. I could use the additional features but the it just doesn't justify the cost difference.

  Overall Evaluation: I purchased the software from VioSoftware, shipping was free, they shipped the product out very quickly and I was happy with there ordering service online.
