  No hassle whatsoever. Bought my Dell screen online from these guys because it's a good product but Dell themselves suck. They sent me the confirmation email same day, shipped it same day, and it arrived 2 days later. Quite simply they did as they promised. Could not ask for more.

  Hazzle free purchase. Did not have anything to do further after I placed the online order. Promptly received confimations of the purchase and fedex delivery information. Received the merchandise in 6 days delivered via ground shipment. The only thing that I noticed is that it seems that the box for my order (a subwoofer) has already been previously opened. Otherwise the subwoofer looks new (no scratch at all) and it is perfectly working. I would not hesitate to buy from this store again.

  Received my shipment in timely manner product defective had to pay to send back:( received replacement, not in new box, had windows service pack 2 disc. so from my perspective it was a driver issue and i paid to return and was out of drive for a week. overall decent price but after shipping and return shipping could have gotten at local store for less. would buy again maybe. rma service reps did fine job. no problem with customer service.

  I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT VERY QUICKLY (IN THREE DAYS) AND I WOULD BUY AGAIN. I WAS NERVOUS AT FIRST BECAUSE I DO NOT BUY VEY MUCH ON THE INTERNET. HOWEVER, THE WEB SITE WAS STRAIGHT FOWARD AND TO THE POINT AND PUT PME AT EASE. SOME SITE MAKE YOU GO THROUGH TOO MANY LOOPS TO PURCHASE THINGS AND THAT TURNS ME AWAY. NOT THIS ONE.

  Ordered the first product and was very pleased with the product and the speed of shipment. Also was provided tracking numbers, etc., in a timely manner. In fact, I was so pleased with the product (JBL E250P Subwoofer) and service that I bought another one. The second one arrived even quicker! 3 Days!!!
