    When these folks say an item is in stock, they mean "we can get that" rather than "we have it in our warehouse." It took me three phone calls to customer service to find that out. They were very polite all along, somewhat evasive at first, but once the truth was out, forthright and extremely apologetic, every time I called. There were two more calls before I got a tracking number. The product finally arrived 24 days after ordering, new in the box as advertised.

    Easy navigation and good web site information. Only complaint is that no emails are returned, and web site does not work when trying to track order(due to fact that I paid xtra for private truck delivery, there may not have been a tracking number available??). Direct calls were answered politely (by Justin), and needed info obtained. Would buy from them again. Thanks

    There was a problem with additional shipping charges. PowersellerNYC refunded the additional charges. I would recommend anyone doing business with this company to be sure to get all shipping charges clarified before buying. In all other respects the company did an excellent job.
