    I have ordered stereo equipment and speakers from this company twice before. Once was online, once was by phone and now online again. I would definitely recommend J & R to anyone. On the phone I spoke to Ron and his knowledge, double checking (make sure I was ordering the correct equipment for my needs) and his customer service was great. Which is why when I needed something else the other day, I came right back to J & R.

    Why I added the laptop bag to my order, no one told me a laptop bag came included with the laptop. I ended up ordering and paying for a laptop bag I have no use for.

    Takes too long to get to the bottom line. sometimes the process can be confusing, especally when you hit the wrong key! but i like the web sight... thanks
