While the company is quick to lure the customer into a sales transaction with ease of ordering and competitive pricing, the product item may not be in stock which is not communicated to the customer before OR AFTER the purchase. The Customer is lead to believe that a valid sales transaction has taken place and the shipment is forthcoming. Wrong! The company never informs the customer that no shipment is forthcoming. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE!

First time customer--- well wait for delivery to make any further comments.Order was recieved on 9/8 and was in "processing" for 6 days - 2 calls to company revealed a seemingly lack of connection in shipping. That might cause me to hesitate using service again.

I am glad I was searching the net for the TV and prices when this website became available.My experience began being very positive, but I have not received my merchandise as yet and no notification as to when it will arrive. Needless to say not positive, not very satisfied.

The shipping and handling charges seem waaaay too high for such a small item. Part 2: When I received the box, the items were rattling around inside it- no protective packaging beyond their boxes. I wont know whether the item is usable or not until Christmas - this is a gift for my daughter.

Very easy websight to use. Pictures make it easy to pick out the product I was looking for. It took a moment to find which accessories were being shipped with the product.
