    i received tv stand on dec 29,2009 there wewe parts missing, i called the company after the holiday, they promisded to repalce the merchandise i never received the returned label still waiting as of jan 7,2010 i am very upset for my inconvience. i have called several times i need help with this ASAP. Thank You upset customer please resolve this issue.

    They had the item in stock that almost every merchant was out of. Although they had 1 left, they held true to that, unlike a different company who said they had stock, but then cancelled my order. So Im happy with The Nerds for not doing that! But, the box of the product was crunched, but I didnt care because its a gift for a cousin.

    I havent used the product yet because my XM radio hasnt arrived and I ordered the radio prior to. I am very pleased with the Nerds prompt delivery and ease of ordering. Thanks Nerds!

    The only problem that I have is the shipping rate. If you order more then one item you should be discounted some kind of way instead of being charge the full amount.

    I ordered a Blue-ray cd player at 2:00p on 12/23 and decided to add the $3.99 expediting. I got it the morning of 12/24! Unbelievable service. I will buy from these guys any time.
