    I was attracted to the company by their competitive prices. Items received in timely manner. However, I purchased DYMO XL labels at 250 / roll. The website and the emailed info said 250 / roll, I got 220 per roll. Easily fixable you'd think, but after 2 unanswered emails (I waited 3 weeks with no response), I called and received very rude service. I am returning the labels and not purchasing from them again. A simple I'm sorry or partial refund would have been fine, but I was basically told I should have somehow known there were only 220 per roll. Very disappointing!!!

    Ordered a set of StudioPhile AV40 Desktop Speakers as I saved $65 over getting them locally. Amazing little speakers at a fantastic price and the frosting on the cake was 2 day shipping from Ohio (must be a warehouse here in California too). They kept in touch until they mailed me the tracking#.Don't hesitate to do business with this company! AA+

    PROVANTAGE have a very poor service. i order 1 wire for my phone on 09/10/09 and they said i will recieve my order in 7 to 10 business days its been a month i havn't recieved my order . so when i called them they said they will call me back but never happened . so i called them next day again they said they will give me call back again never happened . so finaly i called them 3rd time but and cancel the order.
