    I am a repeat customer. Provantage\s Ground Shipping is amazingly fast to NYC: works out almost as well as overnight or, at worst, 2nd day shipping. While their prices aren\t always the lowest, they are the most dependale, reliable online merchant I know, and I can always count on them in a pinch.

    I have been waiting for two months for my camera through Provantage and STILL NO CAMERA!! They give me a new \"estimated ship date\" every two weeks. Although they are polite and friendly, this is completely unacceptable. They are offering the camera (canon 5d mark ii) for too low of a price to be true. I ordered through Abe\s of Maine for $100 more and got the camera in SIX DAYS. I will never order from Provantage again.
