    MacMall doesnt always have the best prices, however, they do occasionally have some pretty good deals. Very reliable in terms of service and support.

    i think it would have been better if they would have sent my movie when it was released. the movie i ordered was released on march 21st, but buy.com is not shipping it until may 5th. that is very unacceptable.

    I ordered my MacBook Pro with overnight shipping and was promised it would get out that night. It was not shipped that night - it was shipped the next night. Had it gotten out when promised, I would have received it the next day. Instead, I did not get it for 4 days due to a winter storm and Christmas Holiday. I missed seeing a relative because I was waiting around at Fed X on Christmas Day for two Fed X packages when I was only told there would be one.
