Website could have been more aesthetically pleasing. It would help in attracting more customers, as such functionality of the website and deals are really good.

good pricing and specials BUT,site is difficult to navigate around to find things. Front page is very "BUSY" and distracting. follow up as #ed above:1. Item I wanted 1st was back ordered, spent MORE for a upgraded advertised INSTOCK item, that was actually NOT in stock, even though the site still showed in stock all week, I'm still waitingand can not use the computer & software without a monitor!2. ordered elsewhere 2 days later and got product a day earlier. 3. Item was switched for a similar but GENERIC version WITHOUT NOTICE (listed on packing slip as if I had ordered it by name)I question if a item is authentic?4. 3 pieces wrap to fill space, not placed to protect items5.Fairness: spent just over $100 elsewhere and got sale and free shipping. Spent over $1,200 here-paid for shipping. Advertised in-store rebate during sale, rebate form reads like you need to pay full price to be any good... feels like I'm gonna get SCREWED..we will see.

I found the website easy to navigate and find the products. Merchant is good. This is the first time I have purchased from MacMall. But I felt the prices could have been little more lesser or free shipping should have given to match the other competitors. Expecting this offers in next shopping. Thank you...

There is a discrepancy between what the advertised price of the Roxio Toast 10 Titanium is and what it shows in the shopping cart. It's advertised on sale for $39.99 and shows $48.99. Why does it not ring up in the shopping cart the same as advertised? When the shipment arrived, the contents of the box were wet! It's obvious that the shipper allowed the contents to get wet and reboxed them before delivering them to me. Also, there was a small item missing from the box and is no longer available. A similar replacement has been ordered. It has been a hassle to send back some of the items that were shipped because they were damaged. Macmall has been good so far on following up on the issue.

In order to get engraving on multiple ipods, you need to place separate orders at MacMall. This can create credit card billings with the same amount. I was sent two differently worded emails, not from MacMall directly but from pcmall, that looked like phishing attempts. After several days, my emailed questions directly to MacMall about these emails were finally returned. They required phone calls to confirm orders. After several days runaround, I was not interested in dealing with them and canceled the orders.- Good prices- Clear website- Bad order fulfillment- Strange email communication- Slow follow up

The ordering process was excellent. Now we have to wait and see how delivery goes:Well the delivery was a fiasco. The online order they said did not go through when they placed my phone order, did go through. I was delivered two of everything I ordered and had to refuse shipment on the duplicate. Once they received the return, the refunded me $85.77 of the $1200+ on that day. I am still aawaiting them to refund the other $1179 of this duplicate order and it has been 4 days since they received the return. On the phone order that I kept, I was overcharged $20 for shipping and I am still waiting for them to credit my card for that mistake. The one postive thing I can say is the price went down within 36 hours of me placing my order and I emailed them about that and they did credit me the difference on my card.
