    I don't get (and hate) the whole shipping rebate thing...come on! it's either free or it isn't. Others are doing away with the rebates, specially on shipping is very annoying which is why I haven't bought from you more (but a friend talked me into buying the printer and since I was in the site... well... I needed a new cheap camera)

    I have always had a good experience shopping at MacMall. The only part of the process that I do not enjoy is the detailed and somewhat complicated rebate process and instructions. If you could find a way to simplify these areas (rebate process and rebate instructions) I would raise my evaluation to excellent in most categories.

    Ok you guys got me on the deal of the day. I had only planned on researching something else, and I saw the car dock for the iphone and it was a phenomenal price. Total impulse buy!

    The ordering process was easy and straight forward. It gives you a chance to edit the order within the last stage of ordering and a chance to make sure all information submitted is correct. I like this company so far...waiting to see the quality of the product now; and see if its here next day overnight as I ordered.

    2+ hr on hold just to ask a question. then they there prices did not match when you add to to the cart. just hoping they get it to me within the time frame. they might do 1.3 billion in sales but they sure could get a little more help. they change the rebate amount with out changing there web pages first. NOT A FRIST CLASS COMPANY. must have a lot of sheep bying here.
