The Website clearly states that this is a BRAND NEW RETAIL BOX . I also call to confirm and was told 4 remaining in Stock. Placed order online and confirmations were received.UPS tried to deliver , but no one home. So i decided to pickup from UPS. Box was clearly a used open box.UPS agent also voiced concern, but since i needed the monitor badly I Opened the box and you could tell it was a USED Item. THIS IS NOT A BRAND NEW LCD MONITOR . This is a Bait and Switch company trying to get rid of used inventory. Please be very careful . Not a recommended merchant.

My new Monitor was shipped (free) the next day and delivered on time. I would use FuturePowerPC again and recommend that others use FuturePowerPC.

First I would like to say that I originally ordered my item online and that went very smooth. When I called the toll free number to ask a question after it was already ordered and shipped it was then I was unsatisfied with their telephone customer service. The person was rude and ignorant about the product. Told me all the info I need was in my email and hung up on me. Needless to say I was concerned whether this was a legit company or not. Quite frankly your customer service people need some very serious training. They act as if I was wasting their time! The package arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I order at a good price so in that I am very pleased. But please do something about your customer service people!!!!

Low Price, good site. Delivery was not best, but fast nonetheless. Prefer Fedex.
