    This is my second order for Epson ink and paper. The first order went very smoothly and arrived at my house the next day. The price was very competitive too!

    Two months ago I returned a defective Ledu halogen desklamp to Shoplet, requesting a refund because it was advertised as "new" and it was clearly a used item (the cardboard packaging had been torn in a few spots and there was old tape all over it) and the worst part was that it did not work! I returned it to Shoplet and it has now been TWO MONTHS since I returned the lamp and I have not gotten my $118.00 refunded. In addition, there has been no response from anyone at Shoplet to the emails I have sent. I am so frustrated. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they are looking into the practices of Shoplet. Buyer beware!

    It was everything a company should be!What a great experience! I ordered something for the first time from Shoplet; immediately got an email confirming that, and then another one regarding shipping. It came so fast that I told the company I thought they had someone personally fly it to me!I would recommend this company! Great prices, too!

    This is my first time shopping here so its a little early to give an overall excellent rating since I was only shopping for 2 items. I found the 2 items and they were cheaper.
