Great item (10in silver locking SATA cables), great shipping rates. For small, light items, some merchants charge more shipping than the item cost. However, credit card charged on date ordered, then notably slow in getting order shipped, 5 days/3 bus days, which is not good; then received 3 days later, which is good. Postal shipping allowed me to receive on Saturday. Will come again.

If product arrives within specified time, will definetly purchase again from them. I own computer business and looking for positive vendor and customer satisfaction. Order arrived within time specified, order correct and better than expected. Will definetly purchase from them again and use them as a vendor for my business in the future. I would definetly recommend them to others in the future.

Made 2 order with in 3 days of each other for the same case though the 2nd one was 15 $ more for some reason the first one came with a power supply asked in a email for the power supply for the 2nd only to be told I was going to be allowed to keep the first one and asked rather snottily if I wanted to rma the 2nd one since they werent going to give the power supply that I would have figured came with it since the first one had for 15 dollars less.... though the shipping was fast I would not bother with ordering from them again after this

I gave #3 a 3 becouse its N/A, I have yet to receive a shipping date or arrival date. This is a holiday so im assuming this wont get processed until monday :)xoxide beat Newegg and Tiger direct on prices in this catagory of accessory hands down. This is my second purchase from xoxide, and the reason being...Prices!!!
