    Ordered 3 Blue Parrot head sets and all 3 have to be shipped back because they are no good. I have 1 more coming today from another order and it will probably be bad also. To be completely honest, the merchants service was great, its the product they sold me that has me upset.

    Super fast shipping speed. My mother said there was a package downstairs waiting for me to open when I woke up for work. I was suprised to see that my radio was here already.     I am very impressed with the quality of customer service! Real people with knowledge and ability to resolve issues. TheNerds is my default vendor and I lookup their site first before ordering else where. I indeed hope they would continue to maintain their service quality. CHeers
