I loved the website, your prices, and you customer support; however, the time it takes to process the order was a little longer then what i would have expected. Faster time from placement of order, to shipment, to delivery would improve your company dramatically.

I really like that J&R is participating with United Airlines Mall. Im also pretty happy with the quality of the packing, but it would be nice it they used eco-friendly packing materials.

I had a great experience. The online site was great, and the people on the phone were very helpful. The order was pre-ordered, and then backordered, so it took a while, but they told me over the phone that would be the case.

First time user of this website. Found that they had the product I wanted and shipped it the next day. Their website was easy to use and had clear tax and shipping charges. The item I was looking for was out of stock at many other vendors. Probably will use this site again.

Their customer service was HORRIBLE. Their website said my item would ship in 1-2 days, but it took 4 days for them to ship it, which means it arrives to me much later than expected. Their customer service representatives kept telling me that they were shipping it today, that they were putting a rush on it and it would be shipped "right away." Their website and order placement was good. The bad part was shipping and customer service.
