    Had a great experience with PC Universe. Called them up to inquire about their dead pixel policy, got to a live person quickly. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable on their policies and products, very helpful. Ordered a Viewsonic VP930b and it arrived in 5 days with regular shipping, and ZERO dead pixels! Very happy with my experience with PC Universe.

    Shipping internationally requires trust on behalf of the merchant and the purchaser. PC Universe were helpful, honest and accurate with their shipping information and no delays were experienced from their end. I would definitely purchase from them again

    I purchased a mother-board which ws sent on time. They handled it with care. I had problems with the product, and they replaced it promptly. The people are very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using this service.

    After completing the order I was redirected to a site that tried to sell me something. I did not like the fact that my speakers started shouting CONGRATULATIONS... YOU HAVE BEEN .... etc.

    after i orded my motherborad i got an email stating that it was on back orderso i cancelled it. i got the email wright a way in stead of i waiting 2 week and then me call them up and then they tell me thats on back order and get pissed. i tryed the express but i got an error so i did it reguler prossing. but still graet site. ill buy from them again.

    I placed my order on the 19th and recieved the product only three days later on the 22nd. I used the basic ground shipping and am very happy about the speed at which my product arrived.
