    Ordered Item that was instock with express next day shipping only to find that they backordered the item to an "indeterminate" date. Also, they can take your money instantly but wont refund it for a few days if you cancel. I will see how long it takes them.Note: this is the 2nd time they have done this....

    Said it was in stock, after ordering got an e-mail saying it was out of stock, took a little over 2 weeks to receive item after date of order. Other than that everything was fine and item was as described. Good price, good communication. Would most likely do business with again.

    Company charged my credit card two 2 times then shipped the wrong product. Packing slip was correct but contained another product.Call customer service and was told a form would be submited for double billing and I would receive an email in a day on so about returning the incorrect product before correct one would be shipped.

    I placed an order for the product. It never came. Called their customer service. They told me it got lost on the dock and they will resend another printer. Couple of days later, nothing came. Called customer service again and found it didnt get processed so I asked for a refund. They told me it would take 10 days. Waited 10 days for a refund, never happened. Wrote another e-mail...no reply. Called again and customer service told me to check back again tomorrow because it was processed. Its been 1 month since they charged my credit card and shipped nothing. I will be more than a month before I see any money come back to me.....horrible policy and awful customer service both by phone and by e-mail......I would NEVER buy from them again.
