    Your site asked me if I wanted to save the item for later, which I did. When I came back it was gone. I had to begin my search from the beginnning and I could not find the original product. Then when I finished my purchase, your site took me to an annoying blast about some promotional item which I didnt log on for. All I wanted was a confirmation and I had to go to email to get it.

    PC Universe is a great merchant! Both times I have ordered from the company, my order was processed, shipped, and received within 48 hours!!! (Very impresssive) Also, their pricing is very Competitive. I look forward to doing business again!! Thanks for the great service!!!

    I make quite a few purchases online; this was by far the worst experience. I ordered an item, got something completely different, and then they made me pay for shipping it back to them. then, again, they send the wrong item. Real geniuses.

    Ordered a heavy printer during the afternoon on 5/30/06, received a quick confirmation of the order, and got the item delivered in three days! Awesome! Ill definitely shop on PC Universe again!

    I ordered Canon WP DC300. It was showing in stock. Just as I received the order confirmation, my order status online was showing that item is backordered. I checked again and the web site still showed the item as available for new orders.I called them and the rep did not know what the ETA was. I requested that the order be cancelled. He said it will be. I have not received any cancellation confirmation in last 1 hr since I cancelled it. Ill not buy from them again.

    Beware their non-existent return policy for equipment made by major manufacturers. They will provide no assistance whatsoever if they ship you a defective product!!
