    My experience turned out okay, but there was some anxiety. I ordered a Canon G9 for a friend?s birthday gift. My deadline was critical (2 weeks seemed plenty of time). I ordered Monday night. ?Show Shipping Cost? indicated $8.95 for 4-6 day, but at check-out, cost was $16.80 (hmm?). Tues I got an email ?order processed?. Finally shipped on Thurs, left NJ on Friday. Arrived Wed 6PM (7 days from order). BUT I was shipped the wrong product! I sent an email describing situation, curious to see US1Photo reaction next morning. Thomas called me at 7:30AM (CA time), listened to my urgent need, politely apologized for their mistake, and offered to overnight me the G9 I needed. (He included a return UPS label to RMA the wrong product). He called back to say it was being packed for shipping, and sent an email with tracking number. That was yesterday morning, and tonight UPS delivered it. So I?m okay. My experience: superb customer service in the wake of a problem.

    My experience with this vendor has been very positive. I received a phone call from Joe after placing my order online to make sure the information on my order form was correct; he was polite and helpful. The package arrived within the time frame he specified. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again.

    Sales service was superb. Bob provided detailed answers to my questions,recommended appropriate accessories,and provided sound advice. Sold me only what I needed and the price was right.

    I ordered a Canon PowerShot SD870 and premium package from US1Camera.com. I received my order with a camcorder bag and charged $27.90 twice! I talked to Donna in Customer Service who promised to refund the doubled express charges ($55.80) and send me a camera case. I shipped the camcorder bag back. At the end of June, I found NO refund of $55.80 and another camcorder bag! The first week of July, Donna again promised a full refund of the 2 express charges ($55.80) and a shipping label from UPS to return the second camcorder bag. Seven weeks later, JT contacted me (after writing a consumer review) and he corrected all my problems--I received my refund ($55.80) and camera case. He was quick, honest, and efficient! Thank you!

    i only made my order online 72 hours ago however although im paypal verified and a person with an excellent credit score i was contacted twice and asked for documents that i faxed it in 10 minutes , i can understand that i even bought the other accessories that they recomended me to add , i did everything to please those guys simply because i am going on a vacation in 5 days from now (aug 25th) , they already cpllected their money since day one yet my order is "ready to be shipped" , i know they are excellent and great prices but i am complaining about the time regarding processing and ready to ship , they promised me 3 days shipping , but i know that can never happen

    I ordered a camera expecting it to be delivered in 4-5 business days, but US1 forgot to input my phone number-add 3 days. So to make it up they tell me that they will send it out 3-day select, but now they foeget to put in my unit number. So I call UPS to re-direct the package, but US1 will not allow this. I try to call US1 but their customer service is closed and no one in sales will help me. I paid for a camera but I can not get it. After I wrote this US1 contacted me to find out why I wrote the above review. They sent me an extra battery and $20.00 credit to help smooth things over. Even though I told them that they forgot my unit number, when they sent out the battery they still forgot to put in on the package. I just happen to be outside when the USPS carrier arrived, so I got the camera and battery the same day.They do have good prices and I "might" buy from them again. One thing they could do to improve customer satiafaction is to extend their hours.

    Buyer beware! Regarding Order for the following items:Canon EOS 40D Camara Body with USA Warranty | 5 Year extended warranty | Canon Battery Pack | Tamron wide angle - telephoto zoom lens AF28-75mm f/2.8 | Hoya 67mm UV HMC lens filter | 67mm lens hood.I placed this order on JUL 26, 2008 through us1photo.com / aka us1camera.com. On JUL 30 my card was charged for the full amount of $1573.89. After waiting 11 days and no sign of package, I called to inquire about order status on AUG 8. I was told a strange story about my package falling off a conveyer belt and being crushed, and there being no more 40D?s in stock. On AUG 11, when order had still not been sent, I cancelled the order and requested a full and immediate refund to my card. It was not until today, AUG 20 that my money was finally returned to me. After filing report with BBB, and placing negative reviews, US1Camera finally made efforts to contact me and make things right. I am glad to have my money back.
