I am completely satisfied with this company. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I had a question about application of the software I received and one phone call to a very professional staff took care of it. Wouldnt it be great if all companies responded in this manner?

So far everything has gone quite smooth. The price for the product seems quite reasonable, will have to wait and see when it is delivered. Well I received the product well before expected. Although I had some problems with their web site and had to call to place and complete the order, the order was processed and shipped the following day via FED EX Ground. The order arrived on time and in excellant condition. Although I had never heard of or used Trinity before, I would certainly use them again and recommend to others.
