    This website was very easy to navigate in comparison to others. It was easy to place an order and find the information I needed. After placing my order I received an email confirming purchase which included a tracking #. I will recommend this site to others and I will shop here again!

    Pictures, dimensions, everything helpful for making an INFORMED DECISION online is excellent here.I will definitely do business with this company again.One problem: UPS was not careful AT ALL with the box. It lookedpretty beat up & carelessly thrown-around when it arrived. Fortunately, the packaging was adequate & the chair was not damaged.Company should inform UPS that FRAGILE items should be carefully handled. Thats what were supp0osed to be paying for. Also, "assemby required" should be more prominent in the sales display. The instructions for assembly were AWFUL (very incomplete & written by someone who should findanother career). BUT---the chair is beautiful.
