Love deep discount dvd. They definitely have the best prices on DVDs and they are very reliable when it comes to stocking and shipping. They also send out coupons semi-annually for even more savings. I highly recommend them.

I was told that the current item I ordered is not in stock and will be sent to me once it is. I was also told that my credit card will not be charged until my order is available and sent out. If it looks like you will not be getting it in at all, please let me know. Also, my current credit card expires in July, 2008. Send me and e-mail letting me know that I have to put it on a new credit card if the item does not go out before my credit card expires.

much more than thought or anticipated with regards to price and selection. However, item not rreceived in specified time. No notice sent saying due to flooding order would be delayed. This was a gift for my dgtrs 8th bday from her great grandmother. It did not arrive and my great grandmother did not have a presend to give her at her party. Now movie is 7 days late and still not here. If had know having shipping problems would have paid for overnight. Called and emailed deep discount who was very nice but said cant help till after tomorrow if still does not arrive. Very disheartening. How much difference would one more day truly make? Said call back if not in tomorrows mail, but that will be saturday evening and they will close. We wil lhave to wait till monday then for assistance.
