As I said in my email that I sent the other day, your company ROCKS. After ordering the product I expected the product to be at last a week away due to shipping time. When it showed up in a couple of days I was surprised. I would, and will recommend your company to all of my business contacts as well as my friends. When dealing with companies on the internet, especially the first time, we never know what to expect. A Matter of Fax is on the top of my list to continue doing business with. Thank You. Regards,

Pricegrabber and A Matter of Fax websites both say free shipping but was charged shipping on both orders I placed. Does not give you a total charge on your confirmation page and no where else does it say there is a shipping charge. Actively trying to hide shipping and hoping you wont notice on your credit card statement. No customer service phone number listed on website. When you call the 1-800 sales number directs you to a long distance direct number to dial for customer service. Says they will refund charges, we will see.

I had a terrible expierience dealing with this company. Placed an order for a processor listed as in stock. Recieved a complication message in processing order. The company utilizes an outside source for customer service, and provides no direct link for speaking to a customer service representive. Following a week of electronic communnication, I was finally given a direct number to A Matter of Fax. (not sure why this wasnt available before). Found the representives at A Matter of Fax to be rude and generally unhelpful. Finally recieved confirmation that my order was processed after 9 days and shortly afterwards received a email to contact the company again. When I called, I spoke to a rude gentleman who wished to notify me that my product was not in stock and I could expect a week to a month before my product was available for shipping. He then went on about how he doesnt like listing the product because inventory is so fluxuating. Will not do business with this company again

I ordered a drum unit for Konica Minolta 2300 DL laser printer. I was pleased with the quick confirmation and delivery of the item. Price was the best of several options. No complaints.
