You have received this item back due to poor quality. I have no reply as to how and if it was credited. In addition, the 15% restocking fee is not clear prior to ordering and is absurd.

I would highly recommend shopping here - The only caveat was that shipping wasnt explained fully - No mention (as I recall) that the order could be split up and sent on different days. Not really an issue for me, but could potentially be for someone else. However, this company DID have the item that very few people had in stock (AMD Phenom 9950 CPU), and at an extremely competitive price. I plan on purchasing from them in the future!
