These guys advertise free shipping and no taxes AND they mean it. Most of the others renege at checkout. The shipping mwas very fast and the product has been great. The pedestal is broken but I can live with that.

I would have given this merchant a "5" if it had acknowledged my purchase via email along with tracking info. But I ordered this after 5 PM on Friday and received it at noon on Wednesday. Not bad for free ground shipping from CA to FL. Seems the company would at least say "Hi" or "Thank you" but these are minor criticisms when there are no negatives. The monitor is all its made out to be and I love it. I also have a 21" Dell that cost 650 and this monitor is comparable quality just less connectors.Would definitely buy from this outfit again if the price is right.

Never got my product and have to find out thru Paypal cause this idiots dont even return calls or send e-mails when they are out of stock. If a freaking product is out of stock why take the money in first place morons??????

I tried to purchase a Samsung monitor from these guys and found out 3 days later via email that they didnt have any in stock. The product still appears as available on Pricegrabber too. Have been trying for days to cancel my order but am not getting any response. All dealings with these people are email only (they wont talk to you on the phone). Buyers be ware...

Bought a PS3 and they say that they canceled it cause its not in stock. Ive just checked and they still advertise it.
