They always are very nice and it is great that if you need a problem, there will be an American in the USA on the other end of the phone to help you out and know exactly what you are talking about. I had a problem once where Samsung declined my rebate because i didnt purchase it in the correct time period, but after calling TigerDirect up then help me get the proof that I need and Samsung then resent out my rebate. Talk about Great Service.
