Ordered a HP printer on Sunday the 20th and had it sitting outside my house on Wednesday the 23rd with free shipping. Considering Monday was a holiday for some, I was extremely pleased. I would buy from them again with no reservations!!

I have never had a more stressful time when ordering a laptop. I ordered an ASUS laptop, twice from them the first time I made the mistake with the billing address. I went to change it or cancel it and was not able to, I got a simple email stating that the order couldnt process past billing address with no instructions on what to do. I called up the person who emailed me through customer support twice, did not pick up, left a message. Never got a call back, then I made another order since this one was not going through with everything correct. Same problem, unable to process, i call again, leave a message. No response for two days. I email her and she just tells me that there out of stock of the product. Thats great....

I needed the pc by the end of the week and it was tuesday afternoon. I called them late one evening to see where they ship from - found it was nearby so placed the order. It got here quick. Thanks for your prompt service!

Order the product yesterday at 9:30am and received at 1:30pm next day. Fast service, easy ordering, website was easy to use, great product descriptions. I would order again and would refer to all my friends.

I did not expect overnight shipping but I received my purchase 9:30AM two days after my order was placed (ordered late Thursday, shipped Friday, received Monday).What more can I ask for? The price was right, shipment could not have been prompter.

I spent several days trying to trace an item I had ordered from another company, only to find out, when I was able to get through and speak to a "live" person, that the item was out of stock. Going back to the website I saw that only a quarter of the companies where still offering the item.I called Colamco to see if they had the product- a"live" person answered the phone without me having to push any numbers. Inventory showed it in stock but he would double-check. Ten minutes later, he was back to me from Florida.They had the item and he warned of possible pit-falls in ordering that would hold up the order. The order was placed on Monday and recieved on Wednesday in New Jersey. I called the next morning needing a PO for rebate. I received it in 5 minutes by email. Personal service still lives!!!

Pricegrabber said no tax so bottom line price was lowest. When I checked out, $12 tax was added so Colamco was no longer teh best price! I was given NO indication of delivery time. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\m considering cancelling the order.
