I nearly didnt make this purchase because of the mail in rebate. 2 out of 5 of my last purchases with other vendors rebates resulted in additional correpondence and one was totally rejected even though I followed the directions to the letter and included everything required. The receiving "company" lost some of the items in spite of everything stapled or taped to letter size pages and additional copies included.

No complaints, although I was a bit worried when the shipment box had a dent in it, upon opening it i saw no harm was done to the items.
