    First order, so a lot of unknowns. Hopefully a notification on when it ships and it ships in a timely manner. The shipping price is great.Follow-up: No tracking, received order, packaging was the toaster box, a little beat up, but the toaster was fine and worked.

    I accidentally ordered the wrong product (my mistake); it arrived with free shipping in less than 4 days. Wow. Exactly what I ordered, perfect condition. Now I am gladly re-ordering, buying what I should have purchased the first time around.

    Website listed specific item as in stock -- I paid extra for overnight shipping -- when I asked status of whether item shipped I was told it did not ship because it was out of stock -- I note this item is still shown as "in stock" on Price Grabber.

    Even thought the website should get some improvements the site offers very good prices and the quality of the service was great.
