    Buyer beware. This company sells used equipment as new. And dont be fooled by the fake concern that you get when you call them on it.When I opened the box I imediately got a feeling that something was not right but and I went ahead and set up the HP L7780 printer. A month latter after calling HP tech to help with a technical problem, the rep informed me that the machine I had was over a year old and registered to another person.When I called Officetronics, they assured me that they had no idea that the unit was used and if I sent it back to them they would imediately ship me a new printer. Another lie. After several phone calls I was informed that my credit card was credited a full refund. That was not the aggreement. This company should have fraud charges brought against them.I will contact the Attorney Generals office to see what my options are.Dont be fooled with all of the good reviews of this company.I would not be surprised that they write thier own good reviews.

    If theres a website to shop for office supplies, Officetronics would be one of them. The navigation of the website was user friendly and easy to browse around. After making my decision I have placed an order on a HP laserjet printer since I found the price fair. Their staff were nice to inform me that my order has been processed and ready to be shipped out via email. Also, I received another email with a UPS tracking code so the whole process was quick. I would definitely recommend this website as I feel that Officetronics are doing their best to get their customers happy. Oh not to mention, my fax is working perfectly so I have no complains on this end. I will gladly work with them again.

    This is the second order I placed with officetronics. First experience was positive, but this time was exceptional. I placed my order on monday and recieved my HP photo printer plus additional ink and paper on thursday! everything was packed securely and arrived in perfect condition.

    HP digi cam just came in 2 days after i placed an order. Came in excellent condition and works fine and I would definitely make another purchase from them again. Guaranteed 100% satisfied thanks to their speedy and excellent service.

    My 1st order was a laminator and price looked good. Came in time and in excellent condition so i went and bought another laminator. both are in excellent condition and fast delivery too. Would work with officetronics again.

    The transaction from Officetronics was smooth and simple. Products arrived quickly in matter of couple of working days. The HP 4730XS was a good pick for our office with Stapler built in. I would have not known abuot this model had Officetronicsnot recommended it to me. I looked around and there sales guy did really give me the best price on the internet from reputable dealers. I know we can all go around looking for the lowest price but reputable dealers online are hard to find. So I would liketo personally thank Officetronics for good service and delivering the product in a good old fashion.

    The employees at officetronics have always been a delight to work with. Our company who is a design firm as always trustedofficetronics to give the best recommendation finding products that will fit our solution. There sales team are well experienced and knowledgeable about there products. Everytime we have ordered products arrived in 2-3 business days and in perfect condition.Out of the 30 times we have ordered from them I only had 1 package come late at no fault of Officetronics UPS had mis-routed ourpackage but Officetronics took care of it. I recommend to all you internet shoppers that officetronics will live up to its reputation as a good dealer.
