Very impressive. This is my first order. UPS tracking information shows product will arrive tomorrow Tuesday 8-12-08. I ordered it Friday 8-08-08. This is an excellent delivery!! Shipping charges were very attractive: flat $5.95 per order. Pricing was very attractive, as well.Good going MacMall, you run an excellent company, and have earned an A+ in my book!

The shipping was quite high considering that Apple has free shipping for orders over $50, well see what happens, I have not done business with this outfit before. they goofed and sent the computer, I had ordered extra memory and paid extra to have them install it, they were apparently out of the memory and sent the computer without the extra memory, so the memory cam afterwards and I had to take it down to the local Mac store and have the memory put in, the put in the parallells program for me and installed windows XP that worked great, there were several rebates, my main complaint with that is that I had to cut out the product stuff on the computer box for the rebate, there has to be a better way to do that. Also in this electronics age, there whould be some easier way of doing rebates. I did return a hard drive and had to get a return authorization for it.

The item was listed in the promo e-mail at $5.00 less than it appeared in the catalogue, it was close so I ordered, but I lost $5.00 on the transaction.

First time to purchase refurbish equipment from Apple. Previous purchase of refurbish equipment from Creative was a poor experienced on two occasions. Would have liked an opportunity to purchase extended warrantees on refurbished products. I think Apple missed an opportunity in this.

I am happy with my purchase, I expect that the delivery will be on time.You asked for several documents to be deliver by fax to confirm credit card issues; i sent them the second day after my purchase, but you did not answer anything. I have been asking by email and your answers take a long time and seem like you do not read properly what I wrote. The las time, two days ago, I sent again all the documents attached to the email, and I have not received any answer. I am completely disappointed with your service.
