    excellent customer service and best store for seagate drive will back again and again. An outstanding combination of low price, fast shipping, and friendly service. Great place to buy,professional,reliable,prompt delivery,great communication. The price is excellent compaired to retail which is where I would have shopped. I hope that what I am purchasing online today is what I am getting! Sometimes a bargain is not a bargain but I like your advertisment compared to the numerous others that I looked at

    ******** VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ***********I am the owner of an IT service company and we frequently buy equipment and parts for customers. Micropartsusa falsely advertised a tape drive on their website complete with a picture of a tape drive. I paid over $30 for *ground* shipping, already outrageous, and what they sent me instead of a drive were two tapes. Dealing with them has been very frustrating. They don\t respond quickly to email and when I have called them it sounds like I was talking to someone at home in India. They finally agreed to send a return shipping label but have refused to refund the original shipping charges. My overall experience is that they are very unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. In my opinion, if they aren\t blatant criminals then they really don\t care about their customers. *** CAVEAT EMPTOR ***

    When making an order with MIcropartsusa, they work through the stages of processing to packaging in a very timely fashion. Any questions asked of the microparts staff are dealt with quickly and courteously. I have had a very positive experience dealing with micropartsusa.com!

    This is the second time i\m purchasing from micropartsusa.com. I faced many difficulties searching for some discontinued products. Our company needed a minimum of 20 of those parts. Well after doing a search online, i came across micropartsusa.com. I was skeptical of their stock, because I had so much difficulty to begin with. However, once I called them and did an inventory check, I right away placed my order. In addition, i even recieved a discount for the purchase of a higher quantity. I appreciate the service guys.     I never go out of my way to give a merchant rating. However these guys have impressed me. After an order with another vendor fell through, due to the memory modules not being available at the advertised price, we scrambled to find another vendor with good pricing for a retail-packaged product. We called to confirm stock, and when we advised we needed overnight shipping we were told that they couldn\t guarantee it would go out that same day since it was already late. However, they came through for us and we received the product this morning. Thanks for fast service, excellent pricing, and product exactly as advertised. We are always hesitant to use a merchant who is new to us, - but we will definitely order from you in the future!

    I\ve been ordering from http://micropartsusa.com for years, and I\m always impressed with their service, products and quick shipping. They usually have the best prices, too. Most important of all: customer service is outstanding! Not only does someone actually answer the phone, they are friendly and extremely helpful.
