    i just placed my order over the phone with a real person not a computer! i love the fact that i can shop online and chosse what i want and call them right up and place my order and if i have any questions i can ask not wait around for some body to write back to me!!! i spoke with Marlin and he took his time with me and answerd all 101 quesrtions lol thats what i call customer service!!! i cant give you feed back on my items yet but as soon as i get them and everything is ok i will update!! thank you Marlin and eletrawarehouse

    Great customer service by Marlin, he made sure my item arrived when I needed it & even loaded in in my car. He's not to bad on the eyes either :)

    I just bought 2 pairs of speakers for a great deal. I had some problems checking out, a website error as I understand. I called the number and CS was excellent. They confirmed the error on the site, took my contact info and called me back in less than 30 minutes to tell me all should work now. It did, checkout was effortless, quick, great. It's great to know that if you encounter problems, there is someone out there ready to help. Thank you very much, I will shop with you again.UPDATE: The speakers arrived within 4 days. They came in in pristine condition, no problems what so ever. Thanks for all the help!

    Ordered Yamaha receiver supposed in stock. After 13 days, shipping info indicated order was still "in process" Attempts to email this vendor were unsuccessful, they would not answer. I cancelled the order via email and they responded and said they cancelled the order and would REFUND MY PURCHASE PRICE. They had charged my credit card even though they had not shipped or answered AFTER 13 DAYS.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
