    this was my 5th or so purchase from them and I have never had the need to contact customer service.I think that is the ultimate in customer service, not needing them.Kudos to Newegg.

    I almost always enjoy dealing with NewEgg, the prices are good, and the selection is great. The review system allows for smart shopping experience. I also appreciate the somewhat spartan website design: unencumbered by heavy graphics and unnecessary "bells and whistles"

    $10 more than the competition, thought the competition was either out of stock or had a slower free shipping time.

    All of my purchases from Newegg have been very well handled.I would like to see Newegg us the US Postal service for shipping small parcels. UPS did not deliver the order in three business days.
