    My order has not been completed.. My atempts to contact BMBrooks has failed. There web site contact area does not work. I hope you give this review and coment to the merchant so that they do contact me and I can get some responce from them.. Still to this day they refuse to contact and or reply to my e-mails

    Excellent customer service. BMBrooks made shopping for my item much easier than going to a store.

    I called them on the 7th day after I placed the order it and they said they have not shipped it. They are about 50 miles from me so it could have been here in 2 day . So I cancelled it

    Completely dissattisfied. Would never use this merchant again nor recommend anyone else to. My credit card was charged 10 days before receiving the item and I tried to get information on my order multiple times. I was promised multiple times to be contacted but never got any kind of reply. Horrible customer service. I even tried cancelling the order but they said the "order escellation" dept. would have to contact me, they never did. I would have shipped it back if the item hadnt become so hard to find elsewhere. Since they have proven to be so difficult to deal with I would hate to think how hard it would be to return it and get a complete refund. I wasnt worth a phone call, or even an E-mail giving a reason for the delays in receiving an item I had been charged for.

    Would I make another purchase from the merchant? Most likely not. Would I recommend that a friend purchase from the merchant? No.The customer service is poor, most things are very poorly handled, it took 12 days to receive my order, of the 12 days most of those I was left in the dark. I sent them an e-mail about how horrible they have things laid out and some ways to improve these things but nothing was taken into account. It is pretty difficult to get a hold of anyone and of the three people I spoke with only 1 spoke English well enough to be understood (although she wasnt helpful nor polite). I received my order, it was in good shape thankfully. Hopefully I wont have to contact this e-dealer in the future.

    Cancelled order after 5 days waiting for order to come out of incomplete status. Billing people do not speak very good english.
