Terrible experience. 1st order was never shipped until I called and e-mailed the company numerous times. Finally was shipped out 10 days later and I received the wrong product completely. Now, 21 days later I am still waiting for my correct product and it still hasnt shipped from them yet.Buyer beware: their website shows they are BBB accredited but after further investigation it was revoked on 6/2/08.

This is my second order of PC memory cards from Upgrade Nation. The item descriptions are so detailed you don\t have to be a geek to determine which modules are correct for your machine. Their prices have consisitently been lower than both local and e-retail merchants. The order process is simple and clear, allowing many purchase method options. Thank you Upgrade Nation for helping me feel confident! JMC

Wide range of shipping options is a great plus. I came to this site because one I had used before gave me only one shipping option - expensive.Unfortunately, had a problem with the shipping selected. It was 12 days and 2 phone calls before the shipping was completed. On the positive side, after the second call the shipment was sent overnight without an additional charge.

I was worried about shopping at UpgradeNation.com due to other reviews, but surprisingly they shipped the right product and it arrived quick enough. I am not sure if I just got lucky or theyve actually gotten better recently... But I still dont feel comfortable shopping here unless they have a real good deal. I purchased my SDHC card reader here because this particular item was the cheapest I could find and that I wasnt in a hurry. The title was wrong though.. it was titled as MP3 player. For something more valuable and urgent, I wouldnt buy from here, but for something not all that important, maybe I would buy from here again if price is right.

Overall the experience was good, however there was an issue with my order. The first time I placed it, I got as far as paying though Paypal. When I got redirected back to the store website, it said that my order wasn\t processed due to a server issue. I was left believing I had paid and that my order still had not gone through, however, I did check the Paypal site today and noted that the payment had not been made... so I redid the order from scratch and it went smoothly this time.

The $1.76 shipping option (us mail) disappears when you go to pay by Google or Paypal. On Google there are only Fedex options showing, all starting about $20. This is a huge disappointment, considering that pricegrabbers ranking of bottom line cost is using the lowest shipping price offered. The point is lost if you cant ship for the price shown.
