    DO NOT buy from this store. Ridiculously slow shipping, no confirmation of shipping, no contact about delayed shipping.I am still waiting for my product. My credit card was charged over 2 weeks ago.

    Worst ink cartridges on the market: half-filled, bad ink, terrible colors. The merchant is irresponsible, does not want to replace the product, dragging with paperwork.

    BEST PRICE I COULD FIND RIGHT NOW. A 10% DISCOUNT CODE SAVED ME THE CA SALES TAX AND FREE SHIPPING HELPED KEEP THE PRICE DOWN. TOO BAD GREEDY MICROSOFT HAS ELIMINATED MOST OF THEIR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS FOR REBATES ON THESE. NONETHELESS, THEY WIN. I HAVE ONE OF THESE ALREADY FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND HAS BEEN TROUBLE-FREE.Update after receipt and installation: Brand new in OEM box. Not crazy about the translucent keys and silver case but it worked correctly first time. Install software first before connecting to USB. Not too bad for $35 without any rebate hassles.

    Dont purchase from shop4tech if you really need the product. Despite the product showing in-stock and after I paid for expedited shipping because I needed it by a certain date, I was sent an email on the day the product was due to arrive telling me my order was cancelled and they no longer carried the product. By this time, it was too late to get from another company. After this, they still show the product available and in stock. These folks failed me and didnt tell me in time to have other options. Completely unacceptable. I would never trust them again with an important purchase.
